Classes at QuietNorth are based in classical hatha yoga breathing techniques, stretching, concentration balancing and additional relaxation techniques.
Second Class Free for new students.
Regular practice of relaxation and yoga has been shown my medical research to help lower high blood pressure, reduce insomnia, increase immune function and to increase energy.
Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students. Small class sizes allow for personal attention and modifications as needed.
Please Keep In Mind- Arrive a few minutes before the class starts
- Wear comfortable clothing. There is somewhere to change at the venue.
- It’s best to bring your own yoga mat but mats are available to rent
- Its best not to eat for at least two hours before a class
- Let your instructor know if you have any injuries, serious health conditions, recent surgery, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc.
- Latecomers will not be able to join the class more than 5 minutes after it has begun
- Do not bring any food or drink (except water) into the class
- Switch off cell phones and mobile devices during the class
